5 Exercises that, According to Experts, Can Boost Your Libido

How can one achieve peak sexual performance? Well, there is no single approach that
can do that as you have to think about attacking it on all fronts. That means that you

some physical exercise in between.

Anyway, to perform HIIT, pick any exercise that you want. Let’s say you’re doing some

the idea of HIIT is that you want to go slow, then fast, then slow again, and repeat the

So, in the above example, you want to cycle slowly for 3 minutes, go fast for 1, then
repeat the cycle.

Any exercise that can target your core muscles such as ab crunches, sit-ups, leg raises,
planks, and so much more, can help you with your sexual performance by strengthening
the supposed muscle groups that are used during sex. Do a couple of repetitions of any
of the aforementioned exercises and do them in 3-5 sets.

Get Moving

Cardio exercises can target a lot of muscle groups, but the main benefit of doing some
cardio is to help improve your heart health. Men, in particular, have so much to gain
from a healthy heart because they can get adequate amounts of blood toward their
penis, thus helping them maintain an erection for longer periods of time.

Aside from that, running, squat thrusts, jumping jacks, swimming, and skipping are all
cardio exercises that are known to help burn a lot of calories (plus, they are fun to do).

Yoga

Doing some yoga not only helps calm your mind but it is also great for your overall
flexibility as well. Both men and women should perform some Yoga a couple of times a
week to see the full benefit.
